How to order

Quantities…

Remember it’s not 1 invite per guest, its 1 per household as couples and families go on the same one. It is always best to order extra ( I always recommend 10%) as you may make a mistake when writing them out or you might decide to add some extra guests last minute if other can’t make it. It works out a lot more expensive to do a separate smaller print run at a later date, so please make sure you order more than enough to begin with. We have a minimum order of 20 invitations.  

Details…

When you are ready to go ahead and place an order, then just contact us. I will need to know the date of your wedding, what stationery you need including quantities of each, along with the name of the design that you would like.  Once I have received this information, I will get back to you with an order summary and payment information. We can then arrange the wording details.

 

Payment…

Payment is easy; you can pay by bank transfer, please note that work cannot commence until payment is received. Then we can start the exciting process of creating the wedding stationery!

Lead times…

Once you have placed an order and have sent all the necessary wording details, then we will start designing your stationery and will email through a digital proof within 7 - 10 working days. We can then make any amendments as necessary. Once the proof is signed off we will then print, make and send your stationery to you. This process usually takes up to 20 working days.

Postage…

We use secure tracked couriers for all UK mainland orders, the cost is determined by the weight and size of your parcel. We will let you know the cost when we send your quote.  Each parcel will need a signature on delivery, so please make sure it is delivered to an address where someone can sign for it. International delivery is available and is calculated according to destination, so please do contact us.
