Once purchased please email thevowdesign@gmail.com with your eight events (including times) plus the two first names of the parties getting married. PLEASE NOTE - The cost of the item includes the printing of up to eight icons. Please ensure you send the correct list of events to us, as changes made after proofs have been sent, if requiring new icons, will be charged for due the further design work that will be required.

PLEASE NOTE - icons do not exist for every event so please contact us prior to purchase with any events you are hoping to have printed, which are not shown on our picture - we do have lots of others but we may not have the right ones for your event! We can then let you know if we have the right icon for you or not.

Please quote 'website order' as the subject title for the email and our designer will then begin working on your order - she will send you a digital proof before printing and we will not print or send out the order until the proof has been approved. Once approved, the order will be posted within 3-4 working days.
